As well as providing retained monthly HR support, we appreciate that sometimes you may need help on a one-off basis, so that’s when we step in and manage a project on your behalf. Whether it’s an emergency disciplinary situation or attendance management situation; a larger restructuring project, or implementing an HR strategy, we’ll be by your side to make sure everything runs smoothly as well as ensuring that you’re fully compliant and fair.

We use tried and trusted tools and surveys to measure engagement levels and then work with your managers to develop them. We use a four-step process to deliver HR solutions for our clients:

Consult
We’ll meet with you and your key stakeholders, whether that’s your existing HR team – in which case we will support them – or your managers. We’ll use that time to gather information, ask questions and look at your current policies and procedures.

Assess
Armed with information, we’ll use our experience and legal knowledge to assess the situation and make recommendations to you and your team.

Deliver
With a clear action plan in place, we’ll get to work by becoming part of your team to deliver the chosen solution. We’ll ensure all documentation is tracked and recorded, particularly in a disciplinary situation. Any recordings or meeting notes are transcribed – should you need it -and we ensure that all steps taken are compliant and fair.

Report and recommend
Once the project has been delivered, we’ll sit down with you and the team to discuss future procedures, delivery of HR solutions moving forward and provide recommendations for future planning.
