Consult
We’ll meet with you and your key stakeholders, whether that’s your existing HR team – in which case we will support them – or your managers. We’ll use that time to gather information, ask questions and look at your current policies and procedures.
Assess
Armed with information, we’ll use our experience and legal knowledge to assess the situation and make recommendations to you and your team.
Deliver
With a clear action plan in place, we’ll get to work by becoming part of your team to deliver the chosen solution. We’ll ensure all documentation is tracked and recorded, particularly in a disciplinary situation. Any recordings or meeting notes are transcribed – should you need it -and we ensure that all steps taken are compliant and fair.
Report and recommend
Once the project has been delivered, we’ll sit down with you and the team to discuss future procedures, delivery of HR solutions moving forward and provide recommendations for future planning.
