Louise has particular experience in providing guidance on building HR strategies for future business growth and change. Louise always has her sights on the ever-changing HR industry and in her popular podcast, Real World HR, she leads discussions on trending topics with industry experts.
Outside of her business, Louise is a Director on the Sunderland Business network, a trustee board member of an infant school and a parent governor at a secondary school.
Deborah Ebdy: HR Management Consultant
Deborah has worked with the company for over 5 years, firstly as a consultant and more recently as an employee. Deborah has over 15 years’ experience in the Education sector as a HR Manager. With extensive experience in managing mergers, site relocation and trade union disputes. Deborah is also trained and skilled in Mental Health in the Workplace and is qualified in MCIP and Masters level, Employment Law.

Approachable and supportive, Claire enjoys building relationships and supports employers with a variety of projects and activities to offer support and guidance on all HR areas, a vital resource for employers through any challenge.
Hayley Ramm: HR Support Specialist
Hayley is CIPD qualified, with over 20 years’ experience in HR across manufacturing, automotive and call centre environments. Hayley has a great understanding of what HR support is required and when, and completes a host of necessary HR tasks behind the scenes for our HR Consultants. Hayley loves the variety of her role which can include completing transcriptions, designing HR document and process templates, aligning contracts of employment, producing employee survey analysis, creating HR training presentations and much more.
