We engaged with Oculus HR mid 2023, we were looking for support across the business from the HR function and Oculus HR were able to come in and seamlessly work with our managers and teams. We worked with them for 7 months and they had a positive impact in a very short space of time.

They were able to offer support with the day to day HR function and as well as from a strategic view. We had a positive experience working with the Oculus team.
Since we started working with Oculus HR we can now get on with our day jobs knowing that the team will help us manage our HR and will keep us updated with any significant changes that we need to be aware of. Oculus HR have helped us update all our policies and procedures inline with current legislation and also manage some difficult personnel issues with the minimum of fuss.
