Four simple steps to smarter HR

We use a four-step process to deliver HR solutions for our clients:

  1. Consult

    We’ll start by getting to know your business, whether that’s meeting with your existing HR team (if you have one) or directly with your managers. We’ll take the time to gather key insights, ask the right questions, and review your current policies and procedures to ensure we provide the right support for your business needs. 
  2. Assess

    Armed with the information we’ve gathered, we’ll draw on our experience and legal expertise to assess your situation. We’ll then present clear recommendations to you and your team, helping you understand the best path forward. 
  3. Deliver

    Once we’ve agreed on the right approach, we’ll get to work and become an extension of your team. Whether we’re rolling out a solution or providing continuous support, we’ll handle everything from start to finish. We’ll ensure that every step is not only compliant but also properly documented, tracked, and recorded – especially in sensitive situations like disciplinary actions. If you need them, we’ll also provide transcriptions of recordings or meeting notes to ensure everything is done fairly and transparently.

    4. Report and Recommend

    Once we’ve delivered the solution, we’ll sit down with you to review the outcomes and discuss any adjustments. We’ll also provide recommendations to guide your next steps, ensuring you have a clear HR plan moving forward.
  • We engaged with Oculus HR mid 2023, we were looking for support across the business from the HR function and Oculus HR were able to come in and seamlessly work with our managers and teams. We worked with them for 7 months and they had a positive impact in a very short space of time.

    They were able to offer support with the day to day HR function and as well as from a strategic view. We had a positive experience  working with the Oculus team.
