Minimum Wage 2018

On the 1st April 2018, we will see the minimum wage increase;

YEAR 25 AND OVER 21 TO 24 18 TO 20 UNDER 18 APPRENTICE
2018 £7.83 £7.38 £5.90 £4.20 £3.70

It is essential as an employer that you ensure you pay the correct pay rates. There were many stories throughout 2017 about big employers failing to make the correct minimum payments.

Check out the age of your employees to ensure you are legally compliant.
